The Humboldt Center for Constitutional Rights, or HumRights, is an Arcata-based nonprofit working to protect civil liberties. Through education and community involvement, HumRights hopes to enhance understanding of the fundamental rights protected by the United States Constitution and to ensure that all community members feel confident asserting those rights.
